Melissa Williams

Director of Finance, Vice President, Business Operations

Melissa Williams works with budgets and numbers, not children and families, but she knows she’s helping Childhaven fill a great need in the community.

She appreciates the opportunity to “give back” after many years spent working in the private sector.

Hired in 2005, Melissa provides financial expertise and manages business operations, information systems and facilities for Childhaven.

“My role is to ensure that Childhaven’s finances, technology systems and facilities are in good shape and that its business operations support its goals and mission,” she says.

Melissa has more than 30 years of experience in accounting and financial management and administration, most of it in law and business. She is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Central Washington University.
